How long does delivery take?
Our usual delivery timeframe is 4–11 working days. This includes 1–3 working days for processing and 3–8 working days for delivery.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order through our Track Your Order page using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@victoriapaulmanchester.com. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been processed or dispatched.

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible if the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition and approved by our customer service team.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a wrong size, unwanted item or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the correct item or size.
